Why join?

There are a number of reasons to join:

1. A useful 'Handbook', that is updated and issued to all members.  This contains information about the group, including the location of branches.

2. A newsletter titled 'Off the Run' is published monthly. This carries reports, stories and news from all areas. We publish an active list of events so you can plan events to attend. It also has a very active for sale and wanted section which is free to advertise.

3. An extensive library containing books and manuals for members to use. The Library officer is always pleased to help with research.

4.Insurance - All members of the group are individually and separately insured up to the sum of £5 Million pounds for third party claims against them for damages caused while operating fire fighting equipment on rally/showground's and at training sessions. (NB- This insurance does not replace or remove the need for Road Traffic act Insurance.
